The house opens out directly onto a totally private pool and courtyard area, filled  with jasmine, Mediterranean planting and fountain. Here you can totally unwind in your tranquil corner of the south of France.

The pool is heated (10x5). There are various seating areas surrounding the pool with shades and comfortable loungers, a large dining area and barbecue area with retractable shade. There is plentiful exterior and pool lighting to allow those long lunches to flow seamlessly into those balmy summer evenings!

The house is particularly spacious and set over 3 floors. Each of the large bedrooms is furnished with care and individual flourishes.

A fully fitted kitchen, includes dishwasher and espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob. A casual breakfast area leads directly onto the sunny courtyard.

There is a very useful Utility and boot room, complete with washing machine, ironing facilities and complimentary beach/pool towels for use during your stay.

The house offers such a sense of space with two distinct lounges and formal dining area.The TV lounge (3 Large sofas) leads directly on to the pool area and there is a separate, more formal dining area with ornate fireplace and table with seating for 12.
