Notes:
General….
Please note we are a Guest House and not a hotel! Whilst we are always willing to do everything we can to make your stay just as relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable as possible and whilst we always try to do whatever we can to help you we do not have all the facilities and services of a large hotel. In particular, unless otherwise arranged in advance, we ask guests to arrive in the evening between 17.00 and 19.00 and, on their day of departure, to leave between 11.00 and 12.00. During your stay with us we are entirely relaxed about the hours you keep but generally speaking most guests are out of their rooms between 11.00 and 17.00, which gives us time to tidy, make beds and shop etc!

Prices…..
The price for each room is the price for the room for one night with the number of people indicated. Eg the total cost for 3 people staying in Chambre Amérique du sud for 4 nights is 4 X 115€ = 460€ or 153.33€ each and this price includes breakfast for each person.
In high season (June & July) we prefer bookings of a minimum of two nights.
If you are staying for six days or more outside high season (June & July) we offer a range of discounts, depending on the planned length of your stay – please contact us for further details.
Payment….
We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total to be made at the time of booking. This is refundable if we able to let the rooms booked by you.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfe. Visa and mastercard credit card payments can be made through the Caisse d'Epargne secure payment service - please ask for details.
Extra services…..
A four course evening meal including house wine is available by arrangement. We try to use our own produce whenever possible. The cost per adult is 25€. The cost for children who are large eaters is 15€ and the cost for children who are small eaters is 10€: for children who eat hardly anything we are always happy to adjust our prices! A substantial picnic lunch can be provided at a cost of 15€ per adult and 7€-10€ per child. Wine may be purchased from our cellars and we stock a range of regional produce.
We provide an airport and train station pick up and drop off service as well as a drop off and pick up service to local restaurants – please contact us for further details of charges.
Unless you are a keen cyclist you need a car here; let us know if you want us to arrange something for you or put you in touch with local car hire people
We love animals but cannot accept other people’s pets (although our dogs are wonderful and love being stroked by guests!)
If you would like to organise any special events (marriages, birthdays, business seminars) at our house or participate in any of our themed weekends (romantic get aways, ballooning, horse riding, concerts etc) or purchase any of our option packs (sport, travel etc) please contact us for further details and prices.
If you would like exclusive use of the house and grounds on a serviced or unserviced basis, please contact us for further details. (We do not leave the dogs but we will arrange feeding of fish, chickens and rabbits and burial when necessary etc!)

Booking confirmation….
Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us, usually by email but by fax or telephone if requested, particularly if time is short.
